"Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star"

"What a wonderful place! It’s clean, comfortable and very spacious, with beautiful architecture which reflects the best of the George Town heritage area. One of the very best homes I have stayed in on holiday, ever!"

"Family friendly apartments and great facilities."

"Very comfortable bed. Great amenities. Host was friendly. Area is very good so much to do closeby and locals really help you out. Accessibility is a priority for me and I couldn't complain."

"We were very happy with this apartment. We booked for a family of 5, 3 grown up children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Easy walking to the rest of GeorgeTown shopping and eating. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was superb. There is no checking in desk. The Citadine Hotel communicated with us using WhatsApp. The process was fairly easy. At night apartment a little noisy with nearby traffic. Beds were comfy though. All in all we would...

"This is a hotel with front desk. There was self serve laundry room and a small supermarket on ground floor (there were also a new Japanese restaurant next door which was good) There was a gym which was almost empty most of the time - but could do with a bit more equipments. There where also a pool. room was clean but quite small. When we were there it was still quite a new hotel building probably need more lift as we felt crowded taking the lift all the time host never get back to us on any...
