The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. I must say we have travelled a lot and it was one of the few at the bottom of our list. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night."

"We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! We stayed in 5 hotels over 6 days on the road and this was the best by far!! I give it my full endorsement. This is what a motel should be. Thank you to all who worked so hard to make this a restful stay"
