"Robert was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was outstanding and a welcome surprise during our travels. The common areas were well kept and the availability of coffee & tea was appreciated as a way to wind down after a long day."

"In Ramblers Rest you 'll find everything you need (and more). The furnishings are lovingly selected. You have a small kitchen with a basic cooking equipment. You can see that everything is well thought out, choosen with love and maintained.
It is a perfekt place to walk the Causeway Coast Trail.
We will definitly come back and stay longer."

"The sheets were old and nubby. They should be replaced. Pub area seemed very worn and dingy. Not a welcoming environment."

"Liked the location and breakfast was awesome- you could eat any part of a big Irish breakfast that you wanted. They don’t clean the room unless you want it done- but will leave fresh towels outside the door.
Good location for us to go see the causeway and bushmills. Town is a little sleepy at the end of Sept. More of a beach town in summer."

"The hosts were very friendly and welcoming to our family of six. We rented the larger family suite and everyone was comfortable. The Lodge itself is unique and has great character. Bertie was great with our daughters and made them pancakes with sprinkles 😌. Both hosts were very helpful recommending restaurants and attractions in the area and answered any questions we had. Very personable and we felt right at home there for our 2 nights. Highly recommend!"
