"地下鉄の出口から近いので場所は良いですが。。。
部屋は普通に清潔だが、湿気が多かった。
最初から除湿機の水タンクがいっぱいで除湿機が動かなかった事が原因。オーナーは事前に確認してくださいね。
また、事前に入室時のパスワードが送られてこない。wifiの接続についてもない。自分から言わないとダメでした。オーナーからの宿泊者への事前の連絡は必須です。
ホームページのWhatsappは通じず、messagerが通じた。到着前から不安になりました。今後の宿泊者のためにもすぐに修正してくださいね。
チェックアウト前に現地払いをしないと最終日に予告無くパスワードを変更されていた。事前に連絡してほしい。部屋にある現金を取りに行く時、オーナーが一緒に部屋に入ろうとしたが、これはダメでしょう。こんなトラブルを防ぐためにも到着日に徴収した方が良いのでは?
部屋のテレビのリモコンも反応が悪かった。

"初めて民泊を利用しました。当日代金の一部を現金で支払うとエクスペディ アからの案内があり、そのことをとても心配していましたが実際はその様な支払いはありませんでした。建物の外観だと思われたピンクのビルの紹介写真は隣の建物のもので、建物を探す目安になりましたがその点を明記しておいてもらえたら良かったです。トイレの中にシャワーがあるので、シャワーを浴びて、水を一時的に止めると排水が追いつかずに便器まで届いた水がこちらに戻ってくるのが気持ちが悪く感じました。そういうのが気にならない方は安くで宿泊出来ていいと思います。今回5人で利用したので、みんなで一緒に泊まれるホテルが無く、こちらに泊まりました。値段相応のお部屋だったと思います。
ドライヤーや歯ブラシ、タオルやお茶も用意してもらいました。"
