I booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasn’t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldn’t be sorted by the staff members so we couldn’t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didn’t. Very poor service. Will not visit again nor recommend despite the great facilities.

They advertise that each room has a private spa. This is not true. The room has a bath, so you're better off paying less for a room at a nearby hotel which actually delivers on this promise. Room was clean but the cleaners are noisy in the morning.
