Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
Rooms were clean, however the hallways had a very strange odor only on our floor.
The laundry was unclear before arrival and unable to be used when we arrived
Breakfast buffet was great, it was diverse and worth the cost!
Overall the stay was good, though nothing extravagant
The hotel is nice. Staff is helpful. Price is good. However, there is no coin laundry and location is quite inconvenient. Here are not much food option around the hotel. Only two convenience stores.
Awesome hotel. Welcoming staff and a good location. Close to bus lines and a main subway. Not far from the international airport also. Very cheap, and great amenities in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
Thanks to the kind and friendly staff, I had a wonderful trip.
Room was clean, with plenty of local food nearby, but there are many steep slopes and stairs to climb when walking out of the vicinity.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We were upgraded to a larger room with two double beds. Our room was clean and plenty of space for our luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay.
Highly recommend.
The hotel staff is friendly and professional and the hotel is well kept and clean! However this hotel is located on route of a hill, unless you take a taxi it quite a bit of a hike to walk up from the nearest subway station. Other then that, great hotel! The decor of the building is super traditional and well kept!
My brother and I stayed here to visit our old houses in Busan. We grew up in the shadow of this hotel but never went in. The hotel is a grand dame and whilst some might find it dated, the rooms are comfortable and service called and anywhere that has silken tofu for breakfast gets my vote. I look forward to retuning.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The hotel is very old and charming but some things need a renovation or good reparation such as the bathroom and shower. The carpet feels not clean. The breakfast is very good.
Third part of our family vacation in South Korea and chose this place due to the amazing structure design and potential views of Busan.
Property is on the older side, but interiors are well renovated. Opted out of breakfast options and it was extra charge. A lot of amenities required extra charges.
Service was very good and counter offered foreign exchange with posted rates.
The location is not for the elderly or hard of walking as it requires either steep stairs to get to location or a long ramp to sidewalk beside the street to get to its place.
Excellent big hotel overlooking the city. Staff on reception and in housekeeping attentive and helpful. Comfortable bar area, very good evening buffet meal. Air-con quiet and effective at a time of very high outdoor temperatures.
The hotel itself was okay. You can tell it was a bit dated. It was a bit out of the way to get to the hotel. The lobby and rooms were quite big, which was nice. Transportation was a bit challenging, getting to a subway line was a bit difficult to locate. We ended up Ubering everywhere because it was easier and faster than locating a subway station nearby. I’m he hotel is in the hills of Busan so it was tiring walking up and down to get everywhere. The thing that I didn’t like was that the hotel/Expedia lists it as having laundry on site, which the hotel did not have. They say the laundromat is down the street at the bottom of the hill. If you’re a foreigner like we were, we couldn’t figure out how to use the machines. Luckily a local resident who was also doing their laundry helped us out. But besides the hotel location and laundry services, the stay was overall good. I liked the hotel, next time I’d probably choose a hotel that’s closer to attractions and tourists so it can accommodate to our tourism needs.
