"We stayed overnight 11/06 , use of spa and swimming pool were excellent ,, room spacious and clean ,, breakfast great ,, dinner choices limited but ok ,, pleasant stay ,,"

Old Hall Hotel
"The building was old and needs some maintenance and updating. The room was unfortunately dirty, the carpet particularly. had some sticky patches. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the breakfast was overpriced for what was provided."

"Clean comfortable room with individually operated heater and useful kitchen area. (Microwave , fridge/freezer, kettle). Comfy bed and quiet at night. Nice shower room with towels provided and the added touch of tea, coffee etc and hand soap and shower gel in bathroom. TV always a plus. Overall clean ..."

Bucknall Lodge Family Room 3 Hanley
"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back."
