"Nicely renovated queen room we stayed in with laminate flooring. Perfect temperature for air conditioning and great bathroom exhaust fan...doesn't leave you overheated after a shower. Hot breakfast was fantastic, scrambled eggs, hashbrown potatoes and sausage patties plus lots of other options. Easy parking...3 1/2 block walk to skytrain station on Royal Oak. Perfect for concerts...we have stayed here twice now for that reason. Beds are comfy. Def recommend staying here. "
