Great location! It’s close to the SkyTrain, the mall, and plenty of food options, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in, my flight arrived at 7:30 am, and although my room wasn’t ready right away, I was able to leave my luggage and come back later. I ended up getting my room at 1 pm, which I appreciated since standard check-in is at 4 pm. They also offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out if you ask, which is a nice touch. Before arriving, I was able to select my room through the app, and I loved the convenience of using it as a digital key for both my room and the elevator. The room itself was clean, and I had a very comfortable sleep. One thing I would have preferred is a 24-hour gym. I didn’t realize the hours and tried to go around 4:30 am, as I’m used to hotels offering round-the-clock access. That said, I ended up going for a run around Central Park nearby, which worked out well thanks to the nice weather. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

Before taking family to a tour, it was a great place for staying. And, staffs there are very nice and friendly. Also, the front door was easy to park Uber.
