Staff was very courteous and especially the cook in the breakfast area. She made great scrambled eggs! Receptionists were professional & greeted all guests daily. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel on premises. Across the street was a Mercadona and the opposite direction was an Eroski if one needs groceries. The roundabout nearby made it easy to travel to Pamplona, Roncesvalles & San Sebastián. We were in Room 205 & there was a strong smell of cleaning products that lingered for days.We opened the window to air out the smell. Pros out weigh the one con. Great stay if you’re looking to stay outside the center of Pamplona.

Our stay revolved around the San Fermin festival. This location was a good value and close to festivities. Buses ran every 15 min to the festival and we were the second stop so we never had any issues getting a ride.

Rooms beautiful, great view, near some shops, excellent car park with massive parking spaces, though it is very tight to drive into the underground car park. Breakfast great, good choice and all fresh. Staff all very friendly. Absolutely superb. Rooms all very modern and lovely. 3km walk to Old Town.

First, I loved how comfortable n clean the hotel was. I was shocked though how far it was from the city. I was looking forward to staying right in the city centre n stroll around but this hotel was way out there n it’s quite a hike to the city. Apart from a nice small grocery shops, there’s nothing to do nearby

Great stay room was spacious with full kitchen even a washer. Even though it was a bit far from center of Pamplona easy to get there by bus or taxi. Nice to have free covered parking. We would stay there again.

It’s a bit out of the way for the San Fermin Running of the Bulls festivities, so keep that in mind. Front desk called a taxi first thing in the morning (5:50 AM) but it didn’t show up. It’s a 40 minute walk to downtown!

Wonderful room, great staff, exceptionally clean. The room was beyond my expectations. Very large and almost brand new. Only issue is that it was further from Pamplona center than I hoped. My own fault probably for not locating on the map. But a great stay nonetheless.
