Restaurantzeiten waren etwas unglücklich. Abends geschlossen. Die Zufahrt in die Tiefgarage - wirklich nur gute Autofahrer - es geht 2 Stockwerke tief nur im Kreis - one way - und unten ist es mega eng zu rangieren, hatte Jeep Compass. Wer oben irgendwo parken kann, erspart sich sehr viel Stress. Lage gut. Frühstück nicht herausragend, aber insgesamt gut. Aussicht geht so. Klimaanlage gut.

Good breakfast lots of choice, hot and cold. Clean and good size room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night while passing through to a ferry. Underground car park was useful if a little tight in places (long cars may struggle, but our SUV was OK)). They apparently have 42 spaces but when I asked to use the car parking when booking months before arriving, they said they could not reserve a space. This would be understandable if they had many fewer spaces but with so many apparently available, a different response might have been better. There is a one car space outside of reception, limited to 10 minutes, in which to unload. It is in a one way street just by a traffic light and only a three meters past the car park entrance which means another trip around the one way system to get into the parking entrance. Unfortunate positioning.

My stay would have been excellent if it were not for no a/c in the hotel during the month of April. It required me to open the window for air circulation, which was also a mistake cause there was a loud banging noise in the courtyard every 10-15 seconds that keeps you up the entire night. Just turn the a/c on and not run the heater for the entire hotel!

On booking I outlined that the trip was to celebrate our anniversary. I booked a non smoking club room on a higher floor What we got was a disability room that smelt of odour or smoke with curtains hanging of their hooks, a seat that had multiple cigarette burns And some stains on the toilet seat. We pointed this out at reception and they sent up cleaning staff who sprayed the curtains and room with air freshner and left. We left to go sightseeing for a couple of hours and then returned to a still quite smelly room. I agai went to reception and complained to a women with purple hair who spoke to me in a very uninterested ambient manner saying you booked a basic room what else do you expect I replied saying that my booking was for a club room and my expectation was for clean one free of tissue I mentioned. She then said I got a high room and there was nothing she could do.

La habitación está bien; cómoda, amplia y hemos estado a gusto. El desayuno es suficiente pero podría mejorar mucho; los productos son escasos y de una calidad bastante mediocre. We booked through Expedia only a couple of days ahead of requirement, .... we got our dates at a very good price, and when we turned up was very pleasantly surprised on the quality of accommodation and location.
