"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Great location easy walking to a number of destinations. Room and facilities are top notch. Service is very good"

"Welcoming staff - everyone looks happy and ready to help. Wonderful breakfasts, spacious comfy rooms, ease of access to walk and sight see. Overall a wonderful gem of a hotel for the experienced or novice visitor to London."

"The hotel is in a good area to see many of the sites within walking distance. The train and tube station are close, a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet. The food is good in the restaurant. I would stay here again."

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options. The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"Just a luxury of a stay! My first time in London and so happy I got to experience this beautiful city from this gorgeous hotel!"

"Der Ausblick auf die Tower Bridge ist unbezahlbar. Ein Traum"
