"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. "This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!"

"Great staff, very nice people. The property needs some renovations as the infrastructure, rooms and decoration are dated. The location is perfect, with a private beach (great for the kids) and very close to Cefalu downtown (5 mins by car) where you can enjoy great dinners."

"Sehr schöne Lage im Bergdorf.....allerdings ist eins der 4 oder 5 Zimmer ohne Fenster... dieses haben wir bekommen....das hat uns gestört...und wurde vorher nicht klar kommuniziert. Auch sind wir davon ausgegangen den Pool und die Sauna als Hotelgast benutzen zu dürfen...das ist jedoch kostenpflichtig...und kostet für € 60 -€ 75 pro person für 2 Std. ! Das war bei der Buchung auch nicht klar angezeigt worden."

"This place was gorgeous! Our room had views of the sea right from our balcony. The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The pool was beautiful. I would absolutely go back. It was a bit of a walk to the city center. A cab was easy to return to the hotel. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle, which was convenient. The rooms were beautiful."
