"i like all the amenities that were offered and the pleasant staff"

"We usually stay at the downtown location, but since they didn’t have any openings, we decided to stay here. It was clean and maintained well just like the other one. The breakfast was also just as great. Our only complaint was that we had initially asked for a “refresh” for our room the following day after check-in (Monday), but our daughter had an accident in the bed so I called Monday morning asking if they could change it to a total cleaning / new bedding because of our daughter’s accident....

"Bathtub clogged. Poor personnel"

"I had a really nice stay! I was mostly out exploring during the day and only came back to sleep, but everything was clean, smelled nice, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. Overall, a great experience!"

"Había una cucaracha muerta en la habitación cuando despertamos"

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

"No housekeeping available. Roaches."

"Booked online through Expedia. It specifically says 18 or older at check in required. Booking was for my son who is 18 who drove five hours there only to be told sorry, we won’t be honoring your paid stay because you’re not 21. Then when I tired to call four times no one at the desk would answer. I contacted their customer service to help and the front desk wouldn’t pick up for them either. No refund because I booked using a third party. Unacceptable service at this location."

"We end up not staying there they give our reservation to some one else"
