โรงแรมใกล้วิลเลจ แอท สโตน โอ๊ค, San Antonio

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

"Every time I stay at this particular location, I’m always treated with a warm welcome. The rooms are clean. It’s very quiet and very convenient. The location, and I absolutely love how they allow one free pet. It just really helps, especially when you travel a lot. Great staff! And really, really affordable"

"We usually stay at the downtown location, but since they didn’t have any openings, we decided to stay here. It was clean and maintained well just like the other one. The breakfast was also just as great. "TOO FAR TO PARK VEHICLE AND A HIDEN CHARED $20,00 A NIGHT, GOT CHARGED TWICE, ONCE BY EXPEDIA AN ONCE BY EMBACISE SUITES, FRONT DESK ATTENDENT NOT CHEERFUL OR POLITE, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY TOWN."

"i like all the amenities that were offered and the pleasant staff"

"Super"

The staff was friendly and helpful when you could find them, the front desk was often vacant even throughout the...

"Great stay, i would stay here again ."

"Excelente estancia en general: aunque parece que tienen un inventario limitado de toallas. Normalmente reponen las que se van usando; en mi caso no (pero nunca faltaron). Lo que no me gustó es que me cargaron 19 usd por una sola llamada local; me parece un auténtico robo (lo tuve que usar porque no tenía una línea disponible, solo Internet)."
