"Our room was clean, but the door to the bathroom was broken. The hinges were bent, and the door was hanging 1/2 inch off the wall. The tub was resurfaced with some sort of paint that was peeling, leaving pockets of water lying in the walls of the tub. No coffee maker in the rooms. The mini Fridge did not have a freezer to refreeze our travel coolers reuseable ice packs. We went for breakfast at 8:45 am and not much left to eat. When we went back to get into our room the key did not work. So...

"Went to check in the hotel I guess Expedia build through a third party and obviously charges were wrong after 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia they were trying to move me into another hotel the hotel told me there was $58.70 different in taxes so I went ahead and paid the taxes and trying to reach out to Expedia to pay me the $58.70 that they owe me for the hotel that is the next challenge and so far not working"
