"Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was great, complimentary refreshments at reception during throughout the day, spa & swimming facilities was great - including bathrobe & slippers (liked the addition of having to wear a swimming cap, I didn't use the gym but it looked decent, not too far for public transport & restaurants. I would 100% stay again"

"Ottima hotel per visitare il cuore di Sofia, a due passi dalla statua di Santa Sofia, dalla sinagoga , dalla chiesa dei Santi Cirillo e Metodio, dalla moschea e da via vitoschia (10 minuti a piedi). Nei dintorni Mercato Centrale di Sofia 2 minuti a piedi Museo Di Storia Regionale - 3 minuti a piedi Cattedrale Alexander Nevski 13 minuti a piedi Aeroporto di Sofia (SOF) 14 minuti a piedi e soprattutto 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura nuova e ben curata. Stanza dotata di tutti i confort, nel mio caso pure con piccolo balconcino. Letto comodo (matrimoniale ). Colazione abbastanza varia, più salato che dolce, alcuni giorni un po’ scarsa perché molte cose finite . Personale cordiale. Consiglio ❗️"

"The location was unbeatable, very near the centre and the main Serdica metro station. The room was well furnished and spacious. A good gym and sauna. The breakfast was fabulous with all the usual things plus lots of Greek savouries and sweets. There isn't really anything to fault the Central Hotel. We would go back in a heart beat."

"Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit. "

"We stayed only because we had a late fight. But for the price you can stay in a very nice hotel in town. This is a dated, needs major upgrades. Only stay for the convenience of closeness to airport and the free shuttle. The guy at reception was very rude. Make sure you ask about the shuttle before you sit down for breakfast. Breakfast was okay."

"Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "

"Free transfer to / from Sofia airport. Large room with plenty of space to work, good WiFi, decent shower and plenty of options for breakfast. A very good hotel that was spotlessly clean throughout."
