"A beautiful and peaceful stay in the heart of Bukchon Village, close enough to feel like you're in the middle of everything but removed enough to feel truly peaceful. The staff were incredibly helpful with local recommendations (Try Usol/Woosol for the best Hanwoo Beef) and the ability to walk the village after visiting hours was a rare treat both to take in the village at its most peaceful, and for those perfect sunrise photos. We will definitely be staying with Nostalgia again! Also, for...

"This is my second time to visit this hostel. Reception can speak English. This hostel is so cozy and near landmark for visit such as Jongmyo Shrire, Changdeokgung Palace, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Nice hostel!!"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent staff, but the elevators had very long waits. The washing machine malfunctioned. There was an electrical burn issue n had headaches for 2days when in the lobby area."

"チェックアウト後も預けることできて助かりました！"

"The location was excellent—central and convenient, yet in a quieter, less busy area. The atmosphere was calm and artistic, with beautiful artwork. The room was a good size and very clean, and the overall value was great. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, with virtually no outside noise. The service was outstanding, from the front desk to all the staff, who were friendly, very helpful and professional. The amenities were good, the water pressure was excellent, although there were...

"Near Hanok village "

"If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. It was by chance that the good young manager came out as I think he saw me on CCTV waiting outside (this was before the official check-in time). Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival."

"Great location. Basically all self serve. All "meals" are included but mostly is Ramen, bread, cheese, soft drinks and ice cream. They did have eggs. Since I am on a carb restricted diet I didn't eat much. Rooms are very small. This is basically a "crash pad" for when you are done sightseeing. All in all mid level but ok."

"the room was nice and spacious but we don’t find the bed very comfy. there’s a big tub in our room but took forever to fill in plus you can’t use products like bubble bath or soap or anything, it’s useless. the location’s kinda hidden in the dark. hard to find. the staff weren’t very helpful. we didn’t get to avail the free breakfast as we had to leave at 4am, even the driver couldn’t find the location. worse part, check in time is at 6pm. Who does that? I’m a frequent traveler and this is the...
