"I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. "Unser Zimmer war sauber, außerdem gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt mit Optionen von light breakfast bis full breakfast. Bei schönem Wetter bietet der kleine Pool Liegen zur Entspannung. "

"Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was happy to book again. I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room felt outdated and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the TV remote was broken and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our stay.
