"Desk staff were very helpful.
Room was nice and clean.
Would prefer a different soap in the shower , being it made the floor of the shower slippery previously.
It would also be nice to have more fruit options at breakfast.
Thank you."
"Breakfast is only served 8-10, which can make planning your morning a bit difficult. There were no lamps in the room, so you could either have the main light, bathroom light or no light at all, which was unfortunate. The floor was super creaky when walking around. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The remote was sticky. The lack of proper lighting was really frustrating."
"The pet friendly room was rather gross. The door handle for the bathroom was loose and falling off. Only two towels were provided for both hot tub & shower. No coffee in the room. Carpet by beds were all stained and the baseboards all around were brutal. Definitely not worth the money unless there is absolutely nothing else available. "
"Yes the kitchen was fully equipped. Room was quite nice. No restaurants open because it is passed ski season and restaurants closed Monday and Tuesdays. We ate in Invermere about 15km away. "
"Room was outdated and not very well maintained. The kitchenette facilities in the room were very poor. There was no toaster (as advertised), the kettle was melted (so I deemed it unsafe to use), there was only 1 small bread plate and 2 small bowls, all of which were dirty. There was a sign asking you to clean your dishes but no dish soap or towel to dry them was provided, which might explain why they weren't clean. The only light source in the kitchen area was a small under-cupboard light. Overall I rate this hotel 2 stars and that is because the bed was comfortable, the staff member I dealt with was as helpful as she could be, and it has great views from the balcony."
