I had a great experience at the hotel. The breakfast was great, and my kids and I enjoyed it. The staff are very helpful. The only suggestion I have is to add towels for the swimming area. Thank you so much!

Clean, Good location if you're wanting to be near a shopping mall , food .... our issue was more with the people in the next room, not the hotel itself. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable especially after a long day. Room was clean and staff pleasant. Only complaint was the bathroom was so in need of TLC. Peeling paint on the bathtub floor, everytime you started shower the tub filled (even with the plug removed to drain). Other than that all was great.

Convenient location to shopping amd restaurants. Love the pool area and rooms with balconies overlooking. There's a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Karaoke night once while we were there. Breakfast had everything you needed to start your day. Check in was quick and efficient. We would stay here again, loved it.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was a great location for me to get around Buffalo, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was clean although I do wish they offered more eco-friendly shampoo/conditioner/body wash and not the old individual plastic bottles. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay by a few extra nights, which I really appreciated. The indoor pool was a great amenity and I enjoyed using it, although the chlorine level seemed a bit too strong (too strong that I only used it once). The breakfast area was clean and inviting, and the complimentary breakfast had enough variety to start the day. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff.
