"Well, they’re trying to improve the property. You can tell there’s been updates and improvements, but there was still a little ways to go. Room and bed were ok, but the caulk job around the tub was subpar. Mixed bag."

"We thought Hyatt Regencies were supposed to be decent; at least a step above a Holiday Inn or Days Inn. With that said, the property is definitely dated in certain areas, like the room.
