Pedi limpieza de cuarto a las 3 pm me dijeron que sin problema salimos a un festival y regresamos con la sorpresa que lo limpiaron no me quedo de otra mas que solicitar que retiraran la basura y toallas limpias a las 3 am . great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.

ULIV Mexico City
