"Housekeeping was poor. When they did finally enter the room, sometimes they only left a few towels and we ALWAYS had to ask for washcloths. Additionally, the bottom sheet didn't fit the bed so it was only partially on ans slipped off. Could only get super hot or super cold water out of the bathroom faucets and had to practically use a wrench to turn the faucet. Thermostat wasn't working properly. The lobby door was broken and unusable for 3 days. The prperty in general was very tired. "

"Property was clean. Some of the common areas had a musty smell, but not horrible however, the driveway of parking lot are in terrible disrepair, pavement, falling apart huge potholes definitely should be addressed by property ownership"

"First the positive. The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are quiet. Beyond the fact that they are under renovations, which is dusty, inconvenient, and extremely loud, the pull out couches are horrible, don't even fit right when they unfold, and are so uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom door is way to big and you can barely fit past it to get in or out, and the trash bins and tissues are in the dumbest places ever. So even the renovated part is not well thought out or designed. We will never stay there again, even when the lobby part is finished. "

"Expensive and not even worth the price paid for. Thrift store sheets look better than the ones provided. Blood stains in the bathroom, toilet seat was not even attached! Asked to get my room switched 3 times and none were any better."
