"Firat room we got wasnt even supposed to be in use but the staff fixed it fast and gave us another room. Hotel altogether could use a little more cleaning but still bery reasonable. Rooms were spacious and stacked with necessities so that was a big plus. Location is very convenient and there alot of different dining options around plus a shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay there again."

"Typical hotel stay. My family enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool. The Tavern restaurant in the lobby was convenient for dinner. Several choices at the continental breakfast the next morning including hot options. I’d stay here again."

"It was a great place to stay for the price I paid. We only stayed 1 night so didnt really use any amenities. I do wish we had been tols in advance that it would cost us for parking. "

"We have stayed here many times with no complaints however this time was different. First, there were no food offerings in the morning as before with no explanation as to why. Not even coffee. There was a power outage one evening and the emergency generator did not engage. I had to climb to the 3rd floor on my just recently healed broken ankles. No help or explanation was offered by staff. Spent all night in the dark and no devices were charging. The room landline was also out. I shudder to think what would have happened if we had a true emergency with no means of communication. The next morning when questioned about electrical service the staff member said it would be handled when the assistant manager arrived at 11 am. Seriously? Wouldn’t management have been on scene when there was a known problem? Never again!"

"Staff was friendly, especially the waitress at breakfast! The property, itself, seems tired. The pool was closed (and has been for a while, according to the desk clerk). The side entrance was out of service, apparently due to a power failure a while ago. Remote checkout wasn't working. The restaurant/bar did not serve the full menu on Sunday night, and what I did get was mediocre quality at premium pricing. The whole place was a bit shabby and didn't seem particularly clean."
