"Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated. These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay."

"Staff was really helpful when we arrived, storing our bags and so on. Only real issue is that the bedside lights (both of them) were broken when we got to our original room. We were then kindly given a room upgrade! Staff was very apologetic about it!"

"This is a luxury hotel located in a very upscale area of Brussels. It had good access to transit. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was wonderful with double doors onto a small veranda and our bed was super comfy! Loved the soaking tub!"
