Staff were amazingly friendly. The hotel was spotless including the lobby & rooms. Our room had a dry sauna which was amazing for us to use~ We also had a breakfast buffet which was clean, delicious & very decorative as well~ we would love to visit again!

It was really nice and clean and everyday you had something different to eat for free instead of just giving candy like for example there was watermelon the first day and then the second day there was fresh squeezed orange juice

Reception was very welcoming. Room was very luxurious with even a spa, which is not in all rooms though. Well laid out and excellent choice for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the tube station and also the main tourist area, the grand place. A few convenience stores nearby too. Would highly recommend this.

Perfect stay with family

Very pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating Breakfast spread was very good The rooms were very good sizes, ample space for kids to play. Overall a very good stay. I would highly recommend.
