Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Drinks and nuts at the bar were very good. However, it was odd that we had to ask if it was open, and reception had to call for the bartender. The bartender didn't ask if we wanted more drinks either; he brought us the tab and left. Pretty disappointed as he also didn't clean up a dirty table. Staff were friendly when we needed something as we did need a fan. Now I realize we had very hot days but our room really never did get very cool, even with a drop in temps our last night. There was also no one to greet arriving guests/help with luggage which seems odd for a 5-star hotel.

Staff was courteous, housekeeping was fabulous. The restaurant was closed all weekend and room service had to be ordered from the bar if you wanted food. Weekend food was not very good bar had only one attendant who worked very hard to serve everyone.
