Lovely and clean and centrally located. A short walk into town and far enough away from noise and disturbance. I had such a comfortable stay here. Modern rooms with tasteful decor and really great bathrooms. Amazing shower!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Recommended!

Dont let the dated lobby fool you, as I had a wonderful stay in a newly renovated room. Everything I needed and definitely the best kettle to boil water I've experienced. Great bed, good wifi, clean, ref and excellent bathroom. Friendly staff and a very smooth stay. Loved it.

Nicely renovated

Nicely renovated room with brand new, very clean bathroom. Room size was fairly large. Breakfast had few options but was of good quality. Hotel is very close to Parc metro station and within walking distance of city centre.

Nice location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only small issue I had was the drain in the shower was very slow to drain which caused a big puddle in the rest of the bathroom, reception staff said they would send someone up to look at it so hopefully that’s not an issue for anyone else staying.

The room was large but was a bit dated. The bathroom was nice and clean but there was no space for my toiletries. Had to use the little space on the sink to put my toiletries. The door to the toilet squeaked when opening and closing it. The bed was comfortable and I slept well however, the headboard had a padded back that was flaking. It was difficult to get comfortable. The room also had a small table and a working desk. And a refrigerator which I used. The carpet was stained but it didn't bother me. Overall my rating is a solid 4 stars. I recommend it for a few nights stay if you don't mind the items mentioned.

Really pleased with the size of my single room and as it was on the top floor it was very quiet. Disappointed that I was not aware of the work and scaffolding going on at the hotel prior to my visit. Staff pleasant and welcoming. I was ok with the 25 minute walk into the centre but it would not suit everyone.

Front desk wasn’t very friendly upon check in. Hallway under renovation. Room not soundproof. Could hear water flushing, running through the walls. Could hear neighbours with loud voices…even heard another neighbour knock on their door to lower voices. Walls had stains. Washroom however was clean and renovated.

Great location, Excellent service!!

Great experience, staff was incredible we got there hours before check in they noticed we were exhausted and not functional and they did everything they could to find us a room. Location was great, steps away from a square where u can get great food.
