"It’s a beautiful hotel however we were extremely disappointed when we turned the light on for the cleaning services and no one had cleaned our room at all. We had to ask for fresh towel upon our return from a night out around 1am. A response from the front desk was sorry maybe the light wasn’t working, ..."
