"Check-in was late — around 4ish. But they upgraded us to a room with a nicer view. Very good location. Friendly staff. Will recommend to anyone traveling to Brussels."

"Room was ok, but there is no air conditioning, only a fan which is very loud. So it was hard to sleep in the extremely hot weather. Hotel was very understaffed and there was always a massive queue to get help at reception. Also cleaning staff were supposedly available on request, but they did not ..."

"The staff was very helpful, the location is perfect, it has good amenities for shared use, check in and check out were seamless. The rooms are small, there's no tv. It's definitely a low budget and you get what you pay for."
