"Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. "Literally the most friendliest staff and such a beautiful clean resort. 10/10"

Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

"I had a great stay except some staff is not as friendly and they stand around instead of asking the quest if they need or anything also the light skin bald security guard that worked Wednesday evening around 6p was one of the worst that Ocean Eden hired. He made me late for my dinner due to me not being aware of a waiver that is needed for my driver to pick me up. He never asked me anything as i waited for about 10minutes for me to have to ask him a question and then he tells me wait as he keeps taking phone calls and then redirecting me back to the desk clerks that are tied up with check ins. After about another 15minutes I went back outside and asked if he can help me or I was going to walk to the gate so I can leave because my dinner at this point is pass time. Not helpful at all and made my birthday experience horrible I was late and charged extra. I highly doubt I would be returning but outside of that my stay was good. Also Jacuzzi pool was very cold and dirty and full sand bees and tree parts. 7/10"

"Amazing staff. Great food. Not many guests or activities at the moment. Had a junior deluxe ocean front room. The view was wow! Spa was amazing. The beach was not great. Its extremely small and man made with not much of a view while swimming except the man made rock barrier. The ware doesn't get tonyhe knees. There are tons of pools though. Cleaning staff was terrible. Room did not hold up to the cleanliness expected at that price point."

"My recent stay at hibiscus lodge was very enjoyable . The breathtaking view of the sea as you eat breakfast ,the lush almond trees, 🌳 and overall landscape of the property truly clears your mind. The staff were very hospitable , the owner is very down to earth and extremely approachable ensuring that each guest is satisfied . Of course the delicious breakfast and dinner . I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to another time . Lastly, let me not forgot the lovely blended fruit punch , the delicious oxtail and rice and peas , and of course fried dumpling and calalou. Yes, I recommend staying here if you travel to ocho Rios ( not far from Dunns River, Dolphin Cove and Miss T ‘s Kitchen)."
