"This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. "When we booked our trip 6 restaurants were listed on the website. When we arrived only 3 were open due to property being remodeled. We wouldn’t have booked if known in advance. The property had many pool lights hanging in the water and multiple locations with exposed wires near pool area. Staff was fantastic but hotel is in bad shape."

"We had an outstanding stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and well stocked. Staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and kindness. There is something for everyone. Lots of beach. Plenty of shaded chairs and cabanas. Spacious pools with lounge chairs and swim-up bars. We stayed in a room with our own private pool which we highly recommend. Our favorite restaurants wereThe Kitchen Table, Jerk Hut, Caribbean Grove, and The Grill. Be sure to take advantage of the many opportunities they have to go on fun excursions. The Chukka tour was a lot of fun! Our only two recommendations is that the rooms install dehumidifiers and the drain stoppers for the jacuzzi tubs in the rooms work. We’ve never felt better taken care of while on vacation than we did with Excellence! I hope we can return again one day. Respect!"

"This was our first time to stay at Sago Palm, a boutique hotel right in Ocho Rios, within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel for breakfast (Jamaican buffet and American menu options). We also walked down the main street to The Almond Tree Restaurant for dinner and were rewarded with a beautiful sunset view overlooking the water."
