"We stayed in room 3, spa bath suite. Stay was excellent as always, however one minor issue is that the tap in the bathtub isn't working properly. We were still able to use the bath as normal, but we had to fill the bathtub with the shower head as the tap on the wall is broken and will need fixing. Only minor issue and we still enjoyed the bathtub as normal. Please ensure the bath tub tap is fixed."

The money had already been taken from my bank account when I booked online but they insisted I have to give then extra $100 they would refund when I check out. Looked like a scam to me.
