"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa, sauna, pool) were a fantastic bonus. Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Had most things we needed for a two day stay. Perfect for two adults for short term stay. Definitely would recommend and will return when next in Albany."

I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%"

The only thing l thought was that there no maps or info as to what facilities and amenities were around.like the pool. shopping .buses.theatre .and beaches for people that did not know the area"

One thing that was a little confusing was the note on the reception door after hours. I spent about 10 minutes reading it before deciding to ring the bell because I wasn't sure if I should disturb the staff late at night. In the end, the staff greeted me warmly and simply explained that they needed my ID and a photo of the payment card. I was also a little surprised...
