"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

On se sent comme à la maison, tout est propre, grand, le petit déjeuner fait minute avec des yaourts, confitures maison. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit bien plus chaleureux qu'un hôtel classique."
