Examples -- stains in the carpet throughout the property, including the room. There were stains and even holes in the curtains in the room. Dull fluorescent lighting throughout the property. "Very wonderful location and beautiful hotel. The card key access locations straight off the elevator (also card key access) felt secure but a little inconvenient. The room was clean, the beds were some of the comfiest I've slept in, and the AC worked well. Great stay."
