"The room was in excellent condition. I didn't meet the staff except for the person at the front desk who was pleasant and professional. I got in very late and left and went out early the next day. I even left early on my last day because I left my charger at home and needed to urgently recharge my cell phone. I couldn't speak on the parking, because I didn't need parking because I took a taxi to the hotel, and also Flatbush is a very busy Avenue, with public and private transportation. As for the Air conditioning, it was not needed during the time I was there, however there was an air - conditioning unit in the room. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room, bed, linens, floor, bathroom, refrigerator, towels were super clean. I definitely like the environment as well because of the easy access to restaurants, stores and transportation This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will come back again."

"The room was clean and perfectly sized. They provide complimentary breakfast items like bagels, muffins, waffles, coffee, and apple juice. The hotel is conveniently located near Japanese Village and train stations. "

"Great, if you need a last minute place to stay. No parking, we had to drive around the block multiple times to find a spot. On our first night we arrived around 3am and they actually let us park on the sidewalk in front of the property. The room appeared clean on arrival but there were random hairs on one of the beds and on the toilet tank when we entered the room. The light switches were visibly filthy especially in the bathroom. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. No hot breakfast options, options were limited to cereal and muffins."

"Hotel was ok, rooms are modern a typical New York size (ie small). I experienced a security issue with the front desk . I returned late at night and my keycard wasn't working. The lady at the front desk asked for my room number and made me another card without checking my id or even asking to confirm my name. I called her on it and she simply shrugged her shoulder with indifference. I didn't feel very confident knowing the front desk would have made a key for any room I asked for."

"Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel."
