It is where students stay, so is only available during their vacation times.The room was very basic but very clean and very reasonably priced. The TV in our room was not connected to anything and you couldn't cast to it - so you would need to use an HDMI cable to connect and we stopped carrying that a long time ago. The location was less than 10 minutes drive away from the Tallships Landing.

This is a trap for parking. When we arrive at 1am, the lady at front desk wearing a security shirt told us we could “park anywhere we want to”. When we finally want to move our vehicle the next day, there is a 25 dollars parking ticket on it. We went to the front desk , they said they can’t do anything about it. Instead, they asked us to go to the campus security. When we finally find the campus security office, a different lady wearing the same security shirt last night at 1am, refused to cancel our ticket and asked us to “appeal online”. When we finally visit the link, the link only provides a “pay ticket” option below the “appeal the ticket” tab. We will have to pay the ticket before beginning the appeal process.

Will definitely stay again!

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were really accommodating the whole time. We had no problem extending our stay, and they even let us check out late without charging us extra. The beds were comfy, and the room was pretty spacious. For the price (same as a Super 8), it was way cleaner and way more comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are just looking for an affordable place to sleep!

Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door.
