"Absolutely not happy with my stay. Would not recommend and would not stay again. Very disappointing experience. Frequently traveling but this didn’t even meet the minimum expectations. - breakfast was nothing like advertised, very poor selection, absolutely disappointing - pool milky and not inviting, couldn’t use - you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. They flush the toilet you hear it. They talk you hear it - very noisy during the night. People in the hallway yelling/laughing/messing around loudly - sketchy location - people hanging out in the parking lot, you can also hear them from your room. Makes me feel uneasy, also about leaving my car"

"This was our first time to Key Largo and first stay at Baker’s Cay. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would stay again. A few Pro’s & Con’s we noticed: Pro’s -The resort is updated and overall appealing. - Cleanliness seems to be a priority here. From our room/bathroom, to common areas such as the pools, beach area and restaurants were always clean! -This resort is small and easy to navigate. It’s doesn’t take but a few mins to walk from one end to the other. -There were plenty of chairs out at the beach (which seemed to be the busiest) and although small, we never had an issue finding a couple chairs at the pool. -The food & drinks were really good. -The staff were amazing and attentive!! -There were several events out on by the resort while we were there (many seemed to be a hit with the kids) -It’s family & pet friendly! -It’s close to other great restaurants and shops if you want to venture out -Beach access (although small) was a perk! Con’s -The parking wasn’t great. Spaces and overall parking lot are narrow. Not great when arriving in a larger SUV. Also, it wasn’t overly busy but was hard to find parking. -Food & drinks are expensive and we wished there were another restaurant or 2 for variety. -Daily additional resort & parking fees were expensive"

"Very nice space, great view of the marina and passing boats, plenty of room for two guests, all the amenities you should need, clean, working thermostat, nice staff. Overall, an excellent stay that gives you all you need and more!"

"We were coming every month weekeng for some time and unfortunately it was our last stay. We were coming not because of location, food or resort itself. We were coming because of cabanas. Today we were informed that from now on cabanas is not included on weekend stay. Now we have to rent it separately. Let me tell you, we never saw the line outside of cabanas . Most of the time it was max 3 occupied. So, what is the reason for loosing customers? Hopefully it will work for you, because for us- it upsetting, but we already found the place for next month."

"A wonderful stay!! Thoughtful additions like chairs to sit on right outside your door or tropical looking tables and chairs super close by. Breakfast was awesome!!!! And the breakfast area was clean!! But that mattress- I have NEVER wanted to take a hotel mattress home with me but that was the first thing I told my husband when I woke up!!! A great place- we will return and recommend to our friends!!!!"
