"The place is very dirty, the staff is not friendly, except one lady working in the breakfast area is going out of her way to please everyone. This morning, my husband and I couldn't shower to go to the airport because they didn't have running water. I am very upset. The worse experience ever. David at the reception tried to blame the city, he also said it's the whole neighborhood which is a lie, I personally checked with the hotel across the street. When I said that I wanted a reimbursement at least for that day, he told me that he couldn't help because I booked through a third-party. Hope to hear from expedia for this inconvenience. "

"Overall, it was ok. The back sliding door did not lock. The faucet in the downstairs bathroom was not installed correctly and water flowed out of the bowl. Decor was dated. "

"The staff of the motel was the most excellent staff that I’ve ever dealt with very friendly very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place due to the staff and the owner, especially the Spanish guy that works at night time. Harvey went out of his way every single time to help us out and never said no it was very great with the kids and service animals."
