"Staff were to a person friendly, professional and very helpful. It is clear they take pride in their job as and are a strong team that communicates well. Restaurants and the Inner Harbour were in easy walking distance. Breakfasts were excellent and appreciated the daily weather forecast delivered with the menu."

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. "I like this hotel. It is in a good location for downtown and prices are reasonable. The staff are always very helpful. There is on-site parking for only $10 a day. For a small hotel with limited space they have done a great job of making it a welcoming place, with nice sitting areas for example."

The location of the hotel is excellent and is walking distance to most of downtown Victoria which was a huge bonus as we didn’t want to use our car too often. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the restaurant or the other facilities available but we hope to come back to enjoy this great hotel."
