"We were locked out after the first night. Room not cleaned, smelled of dog and smoking, tub stopper broken, staff made excuses referencing "Covid???" Walked away even though 2nd night was paid. RUN, RUN, RUN."

"Good"

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"Nice and cozy hotel atmosphere. The restaurant and the rooftop are both great places to eat, share and enjoy the night. Menu is very good."

"Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. We got to the room, and although the bed was made, there were gross stains and hairs on the comforter, which we were told they normally don’t wash them unless they look dirty. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

"Beautifully decorated room, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable beds. Best hotel stay we have had in a long time."

"Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby"

"The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price."

"It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good"

"Kept my 50$ deposit from last stay had reservation for 10/3/26 which I booked on line and paid for and then he refused to let me stay saying my card was declined. How is the card declined when you pay on the app and have confirmation number and literary number and Expedia says it was paid for"

"Rooms not properly maintained."

"Appeared updates have been attempted but not quality. Owner very friendly. Vending machine broken. Ice machine on the second floor. Traffic noise."

"The employee at the front desk was awesome"
