Had everything we needed. My only complaint was the garden balcony all had 2 air conditioning units on them. You could sit out there if someone turned it on. It blew hot air all over you and noisy. No point in having an out door sitting area if you can not sit I. It

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable accommodation and great communication and helpfulness from staff. Loved the extra personal touches in preparing the room. The room had everything we needed. The Quest is on a major road so a little traffic noise but not a deterrant to staying here. Parking is very limited on site but able to park on the street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was expensive for what it is, I've stayed in better hotels for less $. There is no fan in tbe toilet so we had to spend the whole time with poop smell in tbe room. Not impressed with the parking fees either. We wont be back.

Two days before they rang and offered parking for $15 in Ipswich. Not the middle of a capital city. Far too many stairs. Pool area small. Not really a selling point. Very expensive

Cars were allowed to be parked in unmarked areas in the grounds creating a nuisance and making it difficult to maneuver for correctly parked cars. The nuisance vehicle parking blocked pathways and path ramps This was the result of insufficient onsite and nearby offsite parking. Would not stay there again.
