The beds were the best ever. Soft, comfy duvet, great fluffy pillows. The floors were still wet when arrived, so meant it was clean but we were worried we'd slip and fall. 1 water heater didn't work, 1 was pretty weak. Considering Camerons is a cool place, not nice to have a cold shower when it's cold. The sliding glass door to balcony doesn't lock. There's no clear signing where Heritage Hill is, only when you're inside the reception of Golden Hills you see all the names of the companies they're associated with. There isn't even a note when booking to look for Golden Hills. Beware! Night time is a bit noisy, we can hear the people upstairs, on the corridor, out in the parking lot, next door. The towels smell damp and were so thin and scratchy it wasn't pleasant. Paid same amount for better all round in a tourist destination as well. So I think this is a bit of a let down.

Cleanliness can be improved. The water heater for both of the toilets sometimes not working. Indoor slippers are not enough as they only provides 2 out of 6 pairs. Receptionists are friendly. It is very convenience as it only take 5 minutes walking distance to the Weekend Night Market.

the property is good, but the receptionist is bad. i inform for late check in but they request me to cancel booking. I call but not answering. but, i still manage to arrive before receptionist close the counte on 8p.m.. iron at the receptionist counter. room is ok,clean..

comfortable and spacious room ever!

the room was fine....very spacious for a couple..really comfortable room,the customer service was great..even the room cleaner act fast when we complain about the broken bidet..but the cleanliness was not too okay..the sofa not clean..the microwave is smell weird..but overall was great..definitely will come here again!

Good size apartment but not a great location

The apartment was big but not as clean as we'd like. The cooker and microwave didn't work and there was no kettle (until we went to ask for one). We would have preferred to be in Tanah Rata because we didn't have a car so had to pay for taxis. But when the night market was on it was good.

Ample free parking, quite surroundings, walking distance to pasar malam (night market) during weekend, good security and facilities. Near by towns and other attractions site.
