"What I like: Both room and bathroom is very large and spacious. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the beach that can be seen from the balcony, A nice balcony to sit outside at night, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by. Within walking distance to train station, Hove and Brighton beach, grocery stores, hotels and cafes. Nice helpful staff.
What I didn’t like: Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and so did the pillows."

"Room had a sea view and huge windows. Lots of space for us and a teenager in the one room. Kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge all came in useful. Very friendly staff. On quite a busy road and above a pub so there is noise, but this didn’t bother us as we were staying for one night only while we went to a party."
