"Great location (2 minute walk from train, taxi area). Short walk to beach. Near many restaurants. Great staff. Nice lobby. Good breakfast. Clean room and OK size. Just one thing was a bit odd, which was the bathroom, which seemed added to the room later, not part of it. It was clean and decent, but seemed like an RV bathroom somehow. Anyway, not a huge deal, it just keep me from giving the place 5 stars orherwise."

"We had a very comfortable stay, albeit brief. The room was large and spacious and perfectly adequate for our requirements. If we’d have stayed longer we’d have liked to make the most of the bath. It looked luxurious. The breakfast buffet was very good and served us well"

"Location great. The staff were excellent. The room was good and spacious.
Nice bar but limited wine and beer! (didn't like any of the lagers, UK brewed despite coming from Spain etc)
Loved the breakfast and the atmosphere. I can'r remember the guy's name who welcomed us and took us to our table but he was excellent, upbeat and amusing even early in the morning."

"Lovely hotel, good staff and nice food/wine.
Only negative was the cost of nearby parking at £44 per night - apparently normal for this part of Brighton."
