"The room was nice, the picture of the room we booked had a full kitchen and our room just had a fridge, microwave, and toaster, no sink. They accidentally put us in a room with 2 queens when we booked a king room but someone drove right down with new room keys for us so no big deal. The most alarming part was when I gave my toddler a bath, the bath kept filling with black specks and flies. My daughter was so excited to take a bath with her toys and I had to pull her out. I drained the tub, let...

"Finding a hot tub was nice but when I opened it, there was a white scum floating on the surface. Likely human skin cells. I ran the jets for a bit and mixed it up so my girl didn't see it. But I knew I was sitting in human soup. they should clean it more often. Driving up, it was a little underwhelming from what I expected. But the room was fine, the beds were comfortable and there was a smart TV where I could access my Prime account. Adequate for a night passing through. There was...

"Great place for one or several nights. Owner is friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and nice"

"We really enjoyed our room which had convenient access to the pool area and arcade. The pool area had a hot tub, sauna and steam room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to Mount Washington and ski areas. So beautiful with the fall colors."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so cozy, comfortable, and the perfect size for us. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for our trip since we came specifically to enjoy the ATV trails, and having them so close was a huge plus. After a full day of riding, relaxing in the hot tub was amazing! Communication and service were excellent from start to finish. We had such a great time and would...

"Clean, good breakfast, we'll maintained!"

"The room was comfortable and clean. When we arrived to check-in, it took 15 minutes to get a staff person to come to the front desk. We tried the paging system, called the phone number listed, and literally searched all floors and areas of the hotel, to no avail. When a staff member arrived finally at the front desk, he offered no excuse or apology for not being available. There were other guests in line behind us also waiting to chen in."

"Barebones motel room. Clean but very few amenities such as Kleenex, electronic hubs, terrible coffee. Water was hot and plenty of hot water."

"Stopped by this little gem for a quick “passing through” visit. The couple at the front desk were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in the area."

"My family stayed at this property in October. We arrived later at night. The temps were very chilly. We got into the room and the heat had not been turned on. The heater in the bedroom did not work. When we went to turn on the other heater it smelled awful so we had to turn it off. I am not sure if the heater had been turned on or serviced since last fall or winter. The blankets on the bed were very thin and more coducive to summer visitors, not sufficient for staying warm in the cooler fall...

"clean rooms, good price"

"Good location. Comfortable bed. Convenient access in and out. Parking was good. Could have had more choices for breakfast."
