"The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. Breakfast offered a good selection, but the hot food was often lukewarm. That said, when we mentioned it, the staff were extremely helpful and quick to try and resolve the issue. Overall, it served its purpose as a centrally located place to stay, but it didn’t feel worth the nightly rate. The hotel is a bit tired and would benefit from some redecoration."

"the room was not cleaned properly, the toilet seat has alot of stains, the toilet smells really strong, the shower is moldy, even though they „cleaned“ it. the breakfast buffet is really humble not worth the 7,50€ it just a sweet cold breakfast buffet with no warm Food and only few choices. it’s only good if you’re staying for a one night and you don’t care about the bare minimum of hygiene. The staff is nice and the internet is good, these are the good stuff "

"Be warned there is a night club on the ground floor of the building which plays loud music until 1-2am I stayed on a Thursday so wasn’t expecting to be kept awake by this, but alas. Just worth noting."

"Clean spacious rooms and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay at the Best Western Eden Spa again."

"It’s close to the train station, so for taking the train, it is convenient. The main part of town, where most restaurants and places of interest are, is a short walk away. The room is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. Facilities are great - including a working kitchen with range, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is functional, perhaps a bit spartan. There is a slight unpleasant smell from the drain (I think it’s from the sink). Other than that, no complaints."

"The only part we liked about the hotel was the location, which was close to town center. Our room was small, they have us the one in the attic, very dangerous for people traveling with kids because the stairs to room door did not have any other door to block. They dont have air conditioning, just heater, at nights it gets very cold but dont know at summer if ac would be needed. Breakfast was decent, not too many options but it was tasty "
