Rooms modern and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and staff were very efficient in keeping food topped up and cleaning tables. Parking is in public spot right next to hotel so remove valuables from car.

Informed the hotel on late arrival as my flight was delayed; arrived at midnight to a very welcoming front desk staff. Great clean room, and breakfast. As an extra perk, the hotel offers free self service coffee and pastries from 5am until breakfast is served.

The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems.

It was dirty place. It wasn't used any COVID measurement. Need to walk around 12-14 minutes with fast steps to visit center.The supermarket was far away to shop by walking.

Fair, but not nice.

Due to airline delay we arrived one day later. Hotel manager refused to refund one day charge, which is his right, but is not nice. They refused to conpensate as by other means, say, a free breakfast, which is their right, but not nice. There is no coffemaker in the room, which is their right, but not nice.

Comfortable but service varied

The hotel itself is good, rooms spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is tasty and offers variety. The receptionist upon arrival gave good information. The dinner on our arrival was great and the waiter Michelle very attentive. The location isn’t ideal and there were glitches in service. When we booked, we thought that the walk from the train station would be pleasant. It was not. It’s through a deserted semi industrial area, a few blocks don’t have a side walk and an additional block had a lot of potholes. I’d recommend waiting for a taxi at the station when you go with luggage. On our second night, we wanted to rest and eat at the hotel. We sat down, waited, went to ask at the reception and were told that the waiter would be right down. At no point did the receptionist take interest in us as we passed the empty hall or sat around waiting. It turned out that the kitchen was closed, but we wasted 30 min to get that information.

Hotel elegante nel centro della città con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Comoda la stazione FS, a 15 minuti a piedi e a 20 minuti piazza Vittoria. Parcheggio auto gratuito adiacente la struttura e a pagamento, 12 euro a notte, nei sotterranei. In camera troverete tutto il necessario per passare un ottimo soggiorno: una bottiglia gratuita di acqua, anche se solo mezzo litro per due persone, un serio asciugacapelli, un' asse da stiro con il ferro, grande TV e un ottimo king size.

L'hôtel est situé hors du centre ville, mais sans e, être très loin. Il est donc idéal pour pouvoir à la fois accéder à celui ci, tout en étant très facilement accessible en voiture. Le parking gratuit est aussi un point fort de cet hébergement. Les chambres sont agréables et le personnel très aimable.
