"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public...

"Beautiful renovations! I stayed in the single bed room and it was so perfect and clean, I loved it! The light fixture above the bed makes the room so cozy! The only complaint I have is that the bathroom floods anytime I took a shower so extra towels were needed. Other than that it was lovely! "
"Great location. Comfy beds and the room was clean. The staff weren’t bad but weren’t super friendly either. The only thing I didn’t like was walking through the cloud of smokers going in and out of the hotel and the lobby smelled of vaoe and smoke from that. I am allergic so it was quite uncomfortable. I’d recommend to not leave the doors open. "

Clean room and full amenities, close to various transportation options and very good Spanish little restaurant right across the street. "I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
